Doll manufacturers need to have stock on hand, ready to ship within twenty four hours. If I was dying for sex, would I want to wait 12+ weeks? You're making a doll, not a baby. Luckily I have a mannequin for sex, which I picked up in a mannequins showroom.

Realdolls aren't supposed to be in stock items, but handmade works of art tailored to the wishes of the customer.
Also, it doesn't take 12 weeks to build a doll, the majority of the time is waiting for your order to come up.

Building a mannequin doesn't even come close to what's involved in building a Realdoll.

Does a mannequin have soft kissable lips, no, can a mannequin spread her legs for sex, no, can a standing mannequin sit down on a couch, no... they simply don't compare.

12 to 15 weeks is not unreasonable. Take a look at the Doll manufacture website we are not allowed to mention... ( and you know who I mean)

and they are 35 plus weeks for a 2D. So if they say they are 35 plus weeks... In reality your probably over a year..Put it in perspective. Abyss wait times are not bad at all considering how busy they are... and the top notch product they put out..

Correct me if I am wrong, but the 10 + weeks for delivery is for the RD2 body D.
I have been told that they are behind schedule because it has been very popular.
The dolls that I have ordered from them have been delivered about 3-4 months after
order.

Holy shit 35 weeks? I think its the infamous "edarhS" but then again dont the "issaC" doll take 4 years or never deliver at all?

I hope no one thinks I'm complaining. I know this is a lengthy process and it will take as long as it takes. I was just curious to see who else was waiting.

When I bought my First new doll the wait was killing me so I bought a used doll.

I waited about 20 weeks for my RD.

Over the years I've heard greatly varying delivery dates. I suspect this is due to how busy they are. If they have a lot of orders in process it takes longer.

TOP TEN THINGS TO DO WHILE WAITING FOR YOUR DOLL:

10. Desperately trying to make parole.

9. Modifying your AK47 to full auto.

8. Explaining to your parents why a large crate is arriving and they can never enter your room ever again.

11 weeks was up Sunday. I emailed Annette today and she replied that they are running "a few weeks behind schedule." Despite that, they are offering a Fall sale. I guess it will be at least October before I see my doll.

I waited longer for my Realdoll to arrive earlier this year, but when she ships she will be in your arms asap. The delivery time is quite fast. hang in there.

Been waiting 7 weeks for our Brooklyn but glad to hear they're running a little behind as haven't built her mobile stand or closet space yet. I'm sure she'll be worth the wait as we plan to enjoy her for many years.
