No, i don't even use too much force when reattach head...Rotars wrote:Did you throw her down the stairs?
What is that CRAZY Cajun's neck replacement thing? I can afford new head, but whole body would be too depressing...Begog wrote:Looks like the M16 connector has broken off from the goose neck. Some JB weld might work. CRAZY Cajun's neck replacement is a better solution, or get a new body.

Re: Neck jont/bolt broken.
First things first:
(1): Get the broken part out of the head. If you didn't over tighten it and the threads are not messed up, this should not be to difficult.
(2): JBWeld will not hold fro long on that type of break!
(3): Aquire a piece of metal tubing, big enough to go over the connector that you remove from the head. That is thick enough to drill and tap for 3 #8-32 set
screws. Arrange 6 of them 120 deg. apart and about 1/8" from both ends.
(4): Slide the "Adaptor" (the piece of metal tubing with the set screws) over the gooseneck assembly in the neck, you will have to pull the TPE down. Tighten the
set screws down very securely. Then do the same with the piece that you removed from the head.
Install head and enjoy!
Other than that; a retrofit is in her future if she is to survive!
Best of luck to you both!

We very disappointed hear of breakage.
Luckily this unusual for our doll.
It important for factory for know exactly what happen.
Please can you take photo of head with connector stuck from side? How much protruding?
We know of case where head thread not cut well. After take photo from side, please can you use grip pliers or spanner for screw out connector from head, photo connector, and photo screw thread inside head?
We write you on email more but these photo and your investigation important for us for quality control.

Re: Neck jont/bolt broken.
Nothing unusual on side of the head, Only damage was inside neck. Part is already removed from head and glued back yesterday so i cant move back in time to make pictures. Seems solid enough to keep head on, but i cant hang doll inside wardrobe. Glue will not endure doll weigh.ORdoll wrote:Hello RFW111

Re: Neck jont/bolt broken.
Can you unscrew connector from head and look at screw thread inside head please.
If thread inside head faulty then perhaps needed more force for rotate.
We not expect glue to last and send you replacement doll.

So you hang your doll to store it? If this is a gooseneck, I think we've found your problem.rwf111 wrote:
