Loose big toe wire

Clara is a RLSDoll , im guessing the screw to the mount for the big toe wire loosened up. The wire seems like it pulls in and out, almost certain it isnt broken, just loose. I need some advice as to tightening it back down. Obviously I dont want to make any damages. Thank you everybody!
