I use one all the time in my WM 155. I think it works great. I bought her used and she didn't come with an insert. Try the "stamina training" one. The feeling is AWESOME!

Here's my homemade TPE insert into a Realdoll:

The doll is silicone, but I did the same thing to the WM Torso Leg, which is TPE, I bought after selling the doll. From my experience the vagina angles of dolls in general go parallel to the floor when the doll is lying down, instead of angling down, like a real vagina. The mods made the dolls feel much more realistic.

YEah, I found the TPE insert that came with my doll to be horrible, so I just cut 5 or 6 inches off the end of my Fleshlight insert and shoved the rest in. Works GREAT and feels far, FAR better than the standard WM insert. But I too am wondering if there is any potential for the materials to have a bad reaction to each other...?

Well, fleshlights are made of TPR, not TPE... but as they are both thermoplastics, I highly doubt there will be a reaction

I'm on board....fleshlight works great as an insert! Beats the hell out of the stock insert that came with my doll....The fleshlight fills the cavity so it's tight- but feels amazing....
