It all depends on patience. I have am practicing casting in cheap silicone . I cast my Hanakas head in cheap silicone. I wad not patient the first time. I wanted to play with her as soon as the head was on. I would keep annies head . As thats where your charachter comes in

Had to hold off working on Annie. My wife is in physical therapy, and I need to help her with her stretching and exercises. Getting a second skeleton soon, as a back up. I'll post again after I actually do something interesting. :D

The latest insert mold is holding up better than the last one did.
I added some warming oil the last time I remelted Annie's crack.
Ocean Breeze. Now her shit smells like a boat instead of a train.
Maybe I should try a different scent?

I made Annie a new pair of tits, using the mold I made last year, but with less tpe.
The new pair is held in place by the upper-body pair of panty hose.

It's autumn once again, and I have received my annual craft budget.
Currently shipping: A new, less expensive skeleton. We'll see if it's
any good. A couple of tpe toys. I want to see if I can make new
core molds from them, because the ones I've got are rather bland.
Some new hosiery, with a larger opening at the crotch. This will
hold things in place, without getting in the way. I plan to make a
better insert mold, and a better mold for her backsides. We're
both quite pleased with her small, firm tits. Somehow her twat is
always too dry and tight. This needs to be addressed. Kicking
around the idea of making a tpe mask to go over her adorable
little skull. She's nervous about the idea of being face down in
the plaster for her part of the mold-making process. Wondering
how I'd go about selecting a face that would fit her skull from
among the world's offering of mannequin heads.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could squirt into the
internal cavity of a tpe toy to make a mold of the interior?

I'd try DURHAM'S Water Putty®, it is a powder you mix with water. The putty can be mixed to a pour-able consistency, the link below shows it being cast.

Thank you, but I think water putty wouldn't work, because it needs air to dry.
I was thinking of epoxy, but I'm worried it might cause a bad reaction in the
tpe. I can't use tin cure silicone, because it won't cure without air or next
to tpe. This is unfortunate, because tin cure silicone makes great core molds.
It holds it's shape, and makes it's own mold release when exposed to hot tpe.
Whatever I decide to use, I need to be able to get it inside the canal without
stretching the tpe, and it has to be able to set in a reasonable amount of time.
I think wood putty would also be a bad choice, because packing it in would
stretch the tpe, and it also needs air to set.

You could try Rondo. Auto body repair Bondo w/ fiberglass resin mixed in to thin. Makes a pourable liquid like honey. Depends a lot on how complex the walls of the toy is too.

Try the hack with hardware store silicone using corn starch and acrylic paint, which makes tube silicone such as GE I cure all the way through without air. See tutorial here: http://boingboing.net/2010/10/13/how-to ... ap-ca.html

I have used this successfully many times.
