Put a lot of air in the doll, keep the heat gun moving and at a distance. Whatever part you heat up will get permanently larger. Heat guns will burn your house down easier than anything else. You can't be too careful. Don't leave it plugged in. There are 300 degree craft guns which would be safer but I haven't tried one, don't know if they are hot enough. I used a 750-1100 degree nasty one.

I was just trying to get the wrinkles out, but things got bigger.

Use a hair dryer on the highest setting. It's much safer and will get the same effect gradually with less chance of damage. Be sure to use thick cloth to cover around the edges/seam of a boob or you will end up losing her desired shape. Of course, this process makes the material thinner so be mindful of what you are doing.
