Trauma has captured a real consideration with the placement, Patrick stated earlier, that he placed the Jay and the Anus for ease of access or accessability....one of the things I discuss WRT a dolls positional Bias in my reviews.

This gal will have a rear access bias from her design, ideal for sitting on a lap as a smaller gal, or even better for snuggles and spoons.

Even the..... lets just say shoter men, would not be hampered for rear access due to the butt profile, with her design, remember here...both the Jay and Anus have inserts so you need to ensure sufficient real estate between both as well when doing the town planning, other the boundries will get torn to bits when the pipework goes in

I believe the anus is high as well, or possibly there isn't enough room to properly fit the vag and anus so the anus appears to be further toward the back. I would still buy this doll if my price range was 3500ish. I think PIBs really capture the musculature of a woman with lamborghini type of body.

I may have misread, but I am under the impression this doll will use a vaginal and anal insert, true or not? Will PIB be crafting those inserts? Will they be somewhat customizable like the labias are on the website? Also will this doll only accept inserts from PIB website or others such as Fleshlight, etc?

Hi,
Our super soft insert includes both the front and backdoor. This is cast first, put in place, and the doll is cast around it. I was going for a certain look so, no apparent labia. We can add those if you like.
Also,
There is just not space enough for a neck bolt. At least we haven't figured out how to include it on this doll yet.
All the other options are available however.
As for backdoor placement, it's the back itself that is smallish. I wanted a cute little tush, and we got it.
An interesting conversation though...

Obviously she will be easy to have from behind, but I see no reason you could not take her from the front w/ her leaning back some.
She could sit on your lap and lean back against you slightly bent knees for casual play.
Put her on the edge of the bed w/ her back arched over a large firm pillow where she could rock back and forth.

I'll be glad to be a R&D tester guinea pig!!
