I suppose it's better than having the price go up across the board. If you don't care about shrugging, why should you pay for it?

Shrugging would open up a whole new range of expressive photography options.
When I'm planning a pose, I go to google images for inspiration.
However, I have to reject many images because Daria just does not bend that way.
I'm just a photography hack, but I would think the serious photographers would love a shrugging capability.
