Sex-Dolls Brothel? Would you give it a try?
Re: Sex-Dolls Brothel? Would you give it a try?
But,i guess if you wanted a doll and wanted to test drive one,why not. You would have less buyers remorse on the forum. Hmmm,i wonder if you could do this in the US? I am sure you would get the bible beaters on your doorstep. But,what law would you be breaking is you walk in and pick a doll. Go into a room for 30 minutes or so and do your thing.
I think the biggest drawback of this type, would be customers damage the doll. Unless you could take out insurance on it like a rental car and have a in house repair guy.

I was actually talking to a few friends about this. Have a $300 deposit against damage to the doll as long as everything is as you found it you get your money back. If you damage the doll the house keeps the deposit to put towards repair or replacement. Honestly it would be no different than walking into a sperm bank.(which they could actually use these dolls as a method of collection but that's another story for another day) As long as the dolls don't look like kids you're in the clear with legal as far as I know.dollguy wrote:For what you would pay for a rump with one of these, you could get a "real" rump in the hay.

Are you sure that you are correct? My understanding is that sex dolls brothels were a fad many years ago. Since then they have all closed. In fact there is only one sex doll rental agency (outcall) left. I speak from experience looking and experimenting. I don't recommend Japan for non-Japanese. It is a supreme pain in the ass to get anything done, even compared to ChinaSexy Sex Doll wrote:Not sure if you guys know, the cute Japanese are the first people to have sex dolls brothel. They started having it many years back
Would you be so kind as to PM me the contact info if you in fact know of any sex doll brothel in Japan? I am going there soon and would like to try.
To me, a more interesting question is the second step of the same question. If you would consider renting a sex doll, which would you prefer, a 'brothel' or 'escort' Speaking of my many years as a client of prostitutes, there are advantages to both. I lean toward on-site (silicon/TPE non-human 'bordellos') but I suspect that both for the rental company and the customer a delivery service would be more viable as a business model. Certainly if it is illegal or in a legal grey area (or socially proscribed) being in one location just invites harassment by thugs in and out of uniform. Just ask any retailer of Washington's herb.

1.) Durability. Every time a doll gets damaged/scared I would imagine it becomes less desirable, and it becomes detrimental to replace a doll if they aren't lasting long enough to cover the costs of running a business. I think you'd have to use a platinum silicone doll. From all my research I've done Silicone is more durable and easier to repair than TPE making it more ideal for high traffic use, plus most silicone manufactures have come out with more jiggly jugs and butt options anyways. It's also my understanding that removable orifices allow the those sensitive areas to be less likely to get damaged.
2.) Cleanliness. You got to be able to sterilize it between clients. You can't do that with TPE because of its porous properties. No matter how much you wash a TPE doll it will never be completely sterile. I find it hard to believe that the Brothel in Germany used a TPE doll for this reason. It's my understanding that with a silicone doll you could give it a bleach bath and it wouldn't damage the doll in any way other than make it stink. Also removable parts.... I would imagine that clients want the doll to look as realistic as possible, but worst case scenario without removable parts you can sit the doll on a portable hospital toilet to clean, and sanitize her inside and out. Not using condoms would be at your own risk just like with sex workers I guess. . .
3.) Business Model assuming it's legal? It might be legal, kind of grey? It's mostly not. Pretty much any local government will shut you down unless they have legalized prostitution. Laws haven't exactly caught up with Sex doll rentals.
Okay so letting some stranger walk off with your 2000+ dollar investment makes no sense......without insurance. Fork lifts, cranes, bull dozers, cars, boats, atv, rv, chain saws, etc. etc. and anything other piece of anything you can rent? Are all insured by the owners for theft and/or damage. I don't think any insurance company anywhere is going to insure a sex toy at this time, maybe someday...Asking for a deposit? 300 bucks to cover repairs? I think realistically, that doesn't cover the cost of shipping the doll back to the manufacturer, paying them for repairs, the revenue lost from taking the doll out of circulation, or the depreciation of the desire for the doll when scarred/damaged. I know....you can repair the doll yourself, but you should be charging the cost to have it professionally done. If you wreck a rental car, a mechanic fixes it. Not some red neck with cinder blocks. Same with a boat, atv, rv, or any other rental I can think of. . .What if they don't bring it back/steal the doll? Do you think clients will be okay with you putting a $1200-$3000+ hold or inquiry on their credit card incase they become liable for damage/replacement? I think that would scare off just about any average guy. . .Average guys don't rent anything they might be liable to pay for if it needs to be repaired or replaced. I still buy the extra car rental insurance even though I know that my regular car insurance also applies to a rental car. Paying to repair or replace and rental car........NOPE, I'm double covered. Overnights aren't feasible without insurance or large deposits.
Door to door Service? Then wait in your car like a pimp?. . .same issue as overnights....what if they don't unlock their door when times up and its time to collect your doll or they damage it. Plus now you need drivers? A mobile delivery/sterilizing truck? If it's popular enough, it's possible....there are mobile dog grooming vans, but again.....insurance. I came across an article about a Chinese smart phone app that tried to do this. Got shut down Asap pretty much.
Have a Brick and mortar location, like those sex workers in Dublin. "There's only one rule. The Doll doesn't leave the premises." and even then. . .you have to take into account damage, wear and tear. I mean how many pops did it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop? Assuming a you charge $60 bucks for a 30 minute session and $120 for an hour, the doll needs to serve 17-34 clients before breaking even on a $2000+ doll, not counting overheard costs like rent and utility's, but as least no one can steal your invest without carrying it out the door in front of you.
In conclusion, If it's legal where you plan to operate. It would require a large deposit from clients to protect yourself from theft/damage if your investment ever leaves the "premises," otherwise it's brick and mortar. If prostitution is illegal where you plan to operate, your working out of a rented space and hoping the cops don't respond to one of your ads. . .just like regular sex workers working in the U.S.
and that's my random, wtf, rant for the day. . . . . .
