Yes, though I've seen some BTs with thinner brows, so maybe it's so something that can be requested at order time. In fact if you look at some of the photos of the BT3 Sky on the Phoenix site you'll notice she has thinner eyebrows.
I know those thick, cartoonish brows are a kind of BT trademark, but I don't care for them much either.
A few years back when Boy toy dolls first hit the market, they always came with thin eyebrows. Photos on the website taken by Phoenix showed thin eyebrows.
Then Stacey Leigh would do a photo shoot of the doll for the website, she would insist on going over the eyebrows with makeup and give them thicker eyebrows.
Then the orders would pour in! And months later people would get their dolls and be disappointed the eyebrows were thin not thick like in Stacy's photos!
The thicker eyebrows are Stacy's influence.
