Karrot did an oral mod, he did it on the back of his TB's head so you can reverse the wig, giving the best of both features.
Or in other words, having your babe, eating it too.

I did an anal mod early last year, but revised it recently with great success.

In this position it enables legs up missionary, on the side and all rear entry positions that previously needed a protruding extension eg, like a fleshlight in its case left with several inches hanging out.
Also, I have found, standing against a wall and reverse cowgirl much more pleasant, as using the Siliplush, flush mount inserts or custom glove type gives a far more natural feeling, particularly during deep penetration.

I was curious as to how the eyelid mod works? What keeps them from coming off? Is there some special attachment involved?

Stewie, it's my guess that the fine fibers of the felt eyelid sort of 'grab' the fine fibers of the plush around the eye and 'hang on' that way, sort of like static cling. It's good and simple but not infallible, of course; my babe's eyelids have occasionally come off during sleep... but fortunately they were easy to find again. At times I considered using bits of double-sided tape to help keep them on, but I just haven't found it really necessary.

I embed 4 tiny spheres of bluetack into the back of the lid, it works well.

I use rolled sellotape, the branded stuff, not cheap stuff as the glue is non acidic. Never had an issue and my girls have their eyes closed for weeks at a time.

I actually saw a girl with the same hairstyle as Pinky the other day. And of course this made me think of her. But it was pretty amazing to see this same hair style in real life.
