hope this helps....

Oops! The bubble popped! Are Aquaseal or Excel available at hardware stores?

All three cavities were manufactured condom thin, and silicone, super glue, 10 packets of aqua seal repairing led to utter disaster for me.

I am very depressed.

I want all the c18s, btds, tbs, asian dolls I can find,
and make a slate of storylined sexdoll movies, but
finances are not good.

I just ordered some Aquaseal and Cotol-240 (or whateve the number is), but also wish to check out the Lexel. Is that Lexel clear sealant or caulk? I've two repairs to do: one inside the eye socket and one on the outside of a shoulder. Also, I wish to trim off the three foam entry points (head and two shoulders), so am looking to cover those as well. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, the best thing I can advise about using silicone sealant on the silicone coated doll....
If you thrust through the anal cavity, and split open silicone coated vaginal cavity
on your 1st thrust.....

-Avoid superglue and aqua seal.

-Avoid inserts and pressure on the condom-thin silicone cavities.

-After applying clear silicone.. avoid your urges
to pick up the doll and bang her. I.E. allow drying at least a week.

Meso I would'nt go with that aquaseal or superglue. I'm know Lexel Clear is a soft silicone sealant
that bonds to any silicone...but I kept banging my doll, before it could dry. And now shes ruined.

But it's better than GE grade.

You might want to pm with the sales reps, cause they hardly ever check this
customer service repair thread.

I used super glue and aquaseal to fix her mouth from oral.
and it ate the silicone in the cavity and made it barracuda sharp.
Those silicone coated dolls arent built for sex, in my opinion.

I also used aqua seal in anal and vaginal cavities...and it was horrible!

My strong advice is that soft silicone sealant which bonds to other
silicone, specifically.

Good luck with your repairs.

Yea Meso, the company rep. does better with answering pm's, than in this customer service repair thread, here.

Ask if he can send you some skintone silicone, to patch onto the urethane injection openings
and glue with sil poxy or lexel.

When the cavities fell apart on my doll, I tried using the remaining interior cavity silicone,
to patch onto the urethane injection holes in the shoulders with thinned aquaseal...
major fail.

good luck.

I can't see asking for that when it's not a warranty issue, but I did email my local distributor of Sil Poxy asking what they offered in skintone (actually will probably have to mix the pigment in with the adhesive, like other poxies. THANKS SO MUCH! I've never heard of this product and after reading on it will try it on my doll's head opening (hid by her wig) first to see if I like the results.
Cheers,
Meso

OK, quick update: Sil-Poxy while expensive, is awesome stuff!
Now on to my next question: I want to beef up my Taffy's boob so when I squeeze them or lay on top of her the big wrinkle of skin above them won't be there and soften her butt as it's hard as a rock (my fault as I ordered her with firm foam). Has anyone ever ejected silicone into their dolls for this purpose? Or does anyone have any ideas on how I may modify her in the way I want? I could do surgery (boob & butt job) but at this point am just doing research by asking my fellow doctors.

I can't answer your Question because my Taffy just shipped out today, but I have a question for you. I am wondering what the process is for tinting the Sil-Poxy? I picked up some in my local industrial plastics store and I plan to do some modifications to personalize her.

You can use power makeup. also smothon sells pigments for it.

but powder makeup is cheaper.

This sound like it may be better not to try this..

I once saw member artist69 do a 'butt job' to a Candy8teen of his by adding a bigger butt to his B4 model.

I wonder if you could get the firm foam out of her butt, and put less dense foam in afterwards? Or add gel to the boobs somehow.

Thanks Itsme, I will try the powdered makeup. I have some old cyber skin parts from blowup dolls to temperament on fist, so as I don't mess up my taffy.

I think it is important to first experiment on something that dos not matter.
