Firmer doll=more durable usually. I have i have a 2010 silicone doll a 2013 silicone doll. These are immortal silicone! Platinum cure dolls of great quality.
Firmer dolls have the drawback of not being incredibly soft but boy are they gorgeous!
Yeah, I've noticed that TPE is super soft, even when not heated. (weridly enough, I love cuddling with cool skin.) It warms up pretty fast too. Nila's tough, but eventually the movement will get to her.

I try to limit moving her, so the joints don't get too loose. What can I do about the wrist joint being mega loose? Her hands hang down and cause a psuedo-perma ripple in her left wrist. It's not dangerous or in the way, but I just notice it because I'm always looking. xp

Maybe one day I'll go down the silicone road xP

Ruby will probably go down as the toughest doll around, always good reports regarding longevity with the Ruby lineup.

Nonetheless a great doll with very soft skin
