Is it more vulnerable to compression though? I would suspect that this means ultra soft TPE across the entire doll, yes (given I'd think any doll body mold uses the same composition across its entirety)?

We might be wrong on this, but I am sure some TDFers will agree that just like the tan got lighter and lighter, the TPE softness got harder.
Chances are this ultra soft will be like the TPE a couple years ago.
This is just our opinion.

Jeff, my doll is a blind date, I don't know what TPE was like back then, or now. Don't know if this even applies to me.
Even if you did this on my doll, you would need Eric or someone handy to check it for you. Needing an expert
opinion and all.

The current TPE is just fine.
In fact, the Indigo20 regimen makes it softer by keeping her "hydrated " with oil.

For you guys who think it's soft already keep in mind this is just an option! Like many things, breast size, skin color, standing ability, it's just another option that opens up the world of customizing a doll to your liking.

As a FYI, this option is wonderful if you use your doll for a sleep companion or for play. If you use your doll for photography then you'll like your doll best with the current TPE mix. It's true that TPE has got slightly harder over the years. This blend is so much more wonderful for cuddling.
There will be pros and cons to any mix, but this is a win for TPE at play.
