She looks more Asian to me although many Hispanics look Asian. I think they need to make more ethnic looking heads of the black and Latino variety and come up with more skin tones of varied tans and browns (cinnamon, caramel cocoa etc.) for those who prefer exotic women. I got mine of the Latino variety but not much choice of tone and face available.

Customer service is huge in my book. There is nothing I hate worse than vendors who won't return phone calls or who act as if they never have time to talk to you. Especially after they already have your money. Any vendor who still cares about their customers AFTER the sale deserves to be supported. No, this is definitely head 56!
I know this, because i own her last year with a YL148 body.
This is not head 74, that i also get last year.
The mouth of head 56 is light open and you can see her front teeth, whereas head 74 is more shut.
For me is the head 56 absolutely amazing and has one of the sweetest faces around
