Well shoot, I think I missed her. She was out for delivery this afternoon while I was at work. The tracking number this morning said scheduled for Monday before 12:00 PM. Oh well, as much as it saddens me to think of her stuck in a truck or warehouse all weekend, at least Fedex didn't just drop a 30 kilo box on my porch unattended. Plus I can finish up the things I wanted to get ready for her. Glass half full, right?

You know that is kind of what happened.

I'm out running this morning about a block away from house and there is a Fedex truck parked and making a delivery. I wave to the driver as I run by and then immediately stop and wonder if this truck has my package. He speeds off in the direction of my house so I do a 180 and sprint to follow him. I turn the corner and sure enough he's in my driveway and carrying the box up to my door. How's that for a rescue?

So my weekend just got a whole lot more interesting. Unboxing and more pics to follow.
