This is a torso doll with connecting arms? I see what seems to be pvc looking pipe coming out of the arms.

Not a torso doll as such, but her arms and legs are detachable which makes storage much easier.......but why would you want to store her when she looks this goodesp wrote:I love that closed eyes face. Beautiful.

Re: Open box Kayla CE arrived today at Cloud Climax
Due to the nature of the material used to make the EX-Lite dolls, it is not currently possible to produce the separate parts of the doll without any seams.
As PU foam and whilst I can see your point from an aesthetics point of view, the manufacturing process with the EX-Lite has come on and the seams on the body parts are as minimal as possible.
The PU foam is used to ensure the doll stays lightweight. The side seams are still necessary with this material.
The foam starts as two liquids that are combined at the correct ratios and then put into moulds. Once this has been done the material reacts and expands into a foam and develops the outer skin itself during this development. I am sure you agree that to produce these dolls with this material is no easy task! Especially to ensure that the skeleton is properly integrated within this process too.
I am sure if you start a new thread on this topic you may get other points of view too.
Please email me at support@cloudclimax.com or send me a PM if you would like more information.
Thanks
Paul
