I was wondering overall sizes though; my first doll is on order, and she's a 145cm C as well.

Hi! I were size 8R or 9 pants from Justice. Size 10 shirts and jackets from www.shopjustice.com
Juniors size small shirts. Size small jeggings. Size XS or 0 pants or shorts at Walmart etc. Size 3 sneakers fit good, not too tight. Hope this helps. Love Yukie!

It helps. During my rare visits to Walmart, I spend a short time familiarizing myself with apparel. Sadly, I spend very little time shopping.
