Question about RLSD guarantee

Hello all,
I'm close to purchasing but I have 2 questions about the RLSD guarantee.

1. Does it only apply to the pre-optioned ("made-for") RLSD dolls? Or does the guarantee also apply to any custom configuration I build on their site?
2. Does the guarantee cover shipping damage should it occur?

I'm pretty sure all dolls are covered by the guarantee. I have a custom and would certainly have expected it to be treated the same as a pre-designed option. The pre-designed ones are quicker to order without having to choose every detail but are functionally no different than a custom build.

Any damage incurred by shipping will be sorted out with RLSD's assistance, including replacing the doll if needed. Either RLSD or the factory would open a claim with FedEx or DHL. You would only need to tell RLSD about it upon delivery and supply them some photos to support the claim (and don't open box until advised if damage is evident without opening it.)

document everything. if it looks like its been impaled by a fork lift or has been dropped from a great height and now resembles an accordion do not open the box. take photos to email and ask what to do.
