New Member Checking In

What a wonderful forum. So happy that I stumbled across it while researching all of the amazing dolls on the market.

That being said, I am not only new to the forum, but new to the world of dolls. I am looking forward to meeting "like-minded" folks, and learning all I can about about what dolls are available so that I can eventually make my first purchase. Exciting stuff!!!

I am not quite sure what the root of my fascination is. I am divorced, and relatively happy and comfortable in my own skin... but I just love the idea of these beautiful dolls. No sense over-thinking the whole thing right?... I might as well just embrace it.

Welcome QuietPirate. I am new myself (joined about 3 weeks ago) and just ordered my first doll yesterday. I changed my mind about 5 times, so take your time, do your research, there's so many to choose from.

Indeed, no need to overthink it. You'll find great folks here who were in your shoes at one time or another. We are single, married , divorced, and widowed but at some point, we were all new to dolls and came here for similar reasons. Pull up a chair, a drink have a look around and ask questions! We are all here for each other.

Welcome to the forum QP. Enjoy your stay and don´t forget to take a look at Coderdoll for fun and inspiration. And if you found the doll you are looking for here you may look at the Matrix. If you find her there you won´t have problems with the configuration of the doll you want to order as you can look it up there.

You will find an over whelming amount of information here on TDF. Just take your time, review members signatures ( the tags at the bottom of each comment a member makes). You will find some very coll photo of dolls, review the sellers websites, and then do searches on TDF to find even more information on a doll you may be interested in.

Welcome, and don't forget once you have enough posts on different threads, you can always PM members with questions.
