From some quick comparing, that looks like the DS 145plus man (can't identify the head).

ohionigel If the doll maker uses the hollow type breast that they can do their wouldn't be as much weight of the larger breast , and i believe the tpe is better stretching then the silicon material . regardless holllow type breast would reduce weight and strain of material . as far as additional support bra and also the hands of people who will own them will be supporting the breast in their hands !

I wouldn't want air filled breasts in TPE; that's why they make blow up dolls. What happens if you get a hole in them? You're a man with a deflated breast doll... Besides, squeezing solid breasts is half the fun & real women don't have air filled breasts. Silicone gel maybe, but not air
