www.wmdolls.com & --Non-verified Vendor-- legit?

Hi there, i'm just wondering if these websites are both owned by the same person (wmdolls). I can't seem to find them in the trusted vendor list or in the scammers list.
So is --Non-verified Vendor-- a new website for European customers as they state they are based in Germany??.
I kinda wanted to order there so i wouldn't have to deal with customs since tax and import costs are really high over here.

Anyone have some information on this please?

Agreed, however, this does appear to be one of WM's agents in Germany, I recall reading a post on it somewhere, but have not been able to spend time tracking that down as yet, so stand by for WM confirmation.
