That is because WM wants their sellers to sell their dolls. That is why they set the prices higher. They have many vendors that sell their dolls. Chances are is if a vendor sells TPE, they sell WM. That is their decision and it works well for them.
The other two Jinsan manufacturers have vendors and they still actively sell as well them selves. In short, they are competing against their vendors which is their own decision. It works out well for them.
I am not saying one is better than the other, i am just saying what it is.
