alright - Long time without a post.
For those who have read the OP, you know I got very unlucky straight from the get go. Got some bad tears.
I waited a little bit until I saw Indigo repair kit. Then he came out with his newest manual which I am now following. Repairs are currently underway.

I will post a couple of pictures to show the magnitude of what I'm dealing with.

Here is the setup for the operation

*Edit / Here it is 24 hours into the curing process. I have now removed the syringe that was used to block the anus so that some air can come inside. Will probably leave her there for another day. Putting some mineral oil for strengthening and then the finishing touches. Soon she will walk again.
Once this is done, I will be trimming around the hole to remove the excess TPE.

I'm crossing my fingers this will be resistant enough once the full process is complete.
In any case if it becomes a quarantine zone, at least it will be good looking.
The vagina area needs some repairs as well, but it's not even close as what I just had to do with the anus.

That is indeed a very nasty tearing in the anus. Can't wait to see the end result.

This is the sort of tearing that should never happen in the first place.

here is a quick update.
as you can see in the picture below, there seems to be still a weakness at the beginning of the hole. I will most likely reinforce this area with extra TPE material because this "tip" seems way to thin. At the top of the tear though, it seems pretty solid. Haven't started the smoothing yet. It's quite rough at the moment around the anus.

Once I'm satisfied, I will do some physical testing. Then move on to repairing the top floor.
Is TPE this weak in this area? I'm very disappointed in the durability of this material. Or I'm thinking there is a flaw in this design. I think there is not enough of a buffer at the between the entry and the beginning of the ass crack (I dunno how to describe it otherwise). Let me know what you think.

today, I wanted to fix the little gap I was talking about earlier. I was redoing the whole process, which is putting a tiny amount of solvent and then filling with TPE material.
It worked so well the first time, but this time for unknown reason, the mixture is totally disintegrating her entire ass. I don't even want to put a fkn picture cuz I'm so frustrated.

fk this shit. Maybe I should just dump her into acid and start building real relationship skills....

one thing for sure is that my done with TPE. what an absolute crap of a material.

so this is probably a goodbye. I might post a few more times in here but after that I will be gone. I feel sick.

Sorry to hear this. But what do you mean by " totally disintegrating her entire ass"?
Maybe it's possible to fix it to some acceptable state and just leave idea of using it?

the crack is twice maybe three times bigger than it originally was. Plus there are holes inside the ass. The primer that is used in the process is used to melt a little bit of the TPE, so that the new TPE material sorta get fused with the old one. Well I think that's how it works. Now I think the new TPE material that cured, is weaker that the doll's TPE. The primer just ATE through it and did further damage into the ass. I couldn't even get the TPE material to fill the gap as the doll's TPE was getting vaporized.

Now I do not have enough material to fix it.

Maybe your vendor can provide repair kit? I think tear after first use must be categorized as defect.

precisely why I was skeptical on buying kit. I feared damaging the doll further. I am no chemist or TPE expert. A better, easier repair kit needs to be developed. I do appreciate Indogo's effort though since a lot of people like it and he didn't need to share his kit, but did anyway.

yes. I'm trying to make extra TPE with the residues and practice piece that came with the kit. I melt it into paste with one of the solvent. The problem is once I apply it to the tear to try to fuse everything, it melts it instead. I don't understand because it didn't do this the first time. This is so fkn enraging lol sorry for my language

Just for info. While your 2nd approach, did you saturate the area (around) with the White Oil - and this couple of times? Or did you immediately start with the Preparer?

Well, there IS a big issue with the design. Doll manufacturers finally have to wake up and adjust their products corresponding to the market they feed. They have to understand that there might be "slight" differences in terms of male genitalia.
