Good result...and the key is in leverage on the pelvis and shoulders ...so you can but her over your lap or knee like its a spanking time. Your knees then hold the pivot point steady while you apply pressure downward on both sides of the joints levers to straighten the joint angle back out (this is actually called forward flexion, your doll was in hyper extension).

Another technique is to bend her legs forward (hip flexion) so she is sitting in an "L" shape on your lap with toes pointing away from you. Put her shoulder blades onto you chest muscles and give her a heimlich maneuver...

If the joint is like samara's chassis picture a small injection of oil will assist in keeping it from binding again.

Now as a word of warning, some of the newer chassis actually have a swivel at this joint as well, so back flexion and extension binding can also be as a result of the joint angle not being aligned for the movement plane you are attempting...and excessive force can destroy the joint...so try small swivel at the hips movements to find which plane the back joint is free to move in before going to pound town.
