She looks like a trailer park girl with that busted lip. I wouldn't change it though. I'm sure there is an appeal for that type of thing.

I love the look of the wm bodies and faces; but I am very concerned about the ongoing comments indicating quality and packing/shipping problems. I would be even more concerned about these issues considering volume surges around this time of year.

The loud cracking neck issues do worry me as well... It is the most unsettling sound when you move your doll around. It makes her seem cheaply made. If the option arose, I would absolutely spend more for my doll to have an alternative head connector, such as BCD's magnetic adapter. Noise-Be-Gone!
