I just checked WM website, all the heads for WM100cm are compatible with this body.
I hope this doll has the same skeleton as larger WM doll's. So far none of the pics show her twist or bend her upper torso.

IMHO 27" breasts are just way too much for this size doll...need a smaller breast option.

It would look like a child. I think small breasts have no place on a doll that is so small. This doll has such a cute body and face!!!!

I think she would great with a realistic flat breast, I have a female friend with a flat breast (very flat) I can get my entire lip around one of them. And, there are many women with ""FLAT"" breast. This is NORMAL in real life.

My first girlfriend was flat breasted too. But I have never treated them as if they were abnormal or compared them with well endowed breasted women. Quite honestly, I love the variety (yummy).
