Unless they stop making heads detachable and make them one with the body instead, I'm not sure how that's technically possible.

Exactly.

With the current detachable head design, this is difficult; however, the latest design has your penis going less at an upward incline compared to prior. Your penis still does upward incline though; it's just not the straight up into the head as was prior.
