insert vs built in

YLDoll is doll manufacturer based in China. Since 2013 we have been creating life size dolls made of thermoplastic elastomer known as TPE. The dolls are incredibly soft to the touch and when powdered feel very similar to human skin. These dolls are anatomically correct but can be used for other purposes besides sexual such as companions, film props, mannequins or decoration. Our dolls are very flexible and poseable by using stainless steel skeleton designs. Our team consists of excellent designers and production workers to provide excellent before and after-sale service. All materials comply with the National Health & Safety Standards which is harmless to humans and is environmental friendly. We offer OEM service!

If you haven't noticed I'm a bit pissed off about this, sorry
I had a fixed vag boy toy. And im telling you its a task to clean her after every use very annoying. You are much better off the insert. From experience I know

Wel I AM a Boy Toy, and I have an insert. Less time cleaning means more time cuddling.

I agree! An insert is the best way to go. It stays in place when it should and comes out easily. I trimmed mine down by about a half inch and it no longer projects out or unnaturally pushes out the pussy lips. Much better now!

I have had no issues with turning the insert inside out and it make it so much easier to do a good cleaning. I have found soap and water to be all I need. Then I turn the insert back from inside out and powder the outside with corn starch and back in it goes ready for action at a later time.

I do have a smaller doll without the insert but she is much easier to clean than some of the bigger dolls as she is much lighter and can be easily carried to the bathroom...

Is there a huge difference in how insert and built in feels during sex?

A built-in is easier to enter since there is only one hole to "pierce", while the insert doll takes some "guidance" since you are entering a hole within a hole. It's not a huge thing but definitely a noticeable difference. With my built-in doll, I can enter the doll without even looking, while I have to manually aim a little to properly enter an insert doll.

As far as feel goes, they are both about the same initially. Over time though, the built-in cavity on my built-in doll feels a bit looser. I can still get off with the doll fine, but she is definitely not as tight as when I first received her. My insert doll has also had the insert become looser over time; however, I was able to replace the insert for $50, while replacing the pussy on my built-in doll would be quite a task. Actually, I wouldn't even try to repair/replace the pussy on my built-in; I would just attempt to convert the doll to take inserts.

I like the appearance of the built-in a bit better than the insert, and I really like how the built-in is very "easy entry". Despite this, I feel the insert is still the better option if you are planning to use your TPE doll extensively for sex.

It astonishes me that anyone is still debating this question. The war is over. The insert has won. Here's why:

After ejaculating in a doll you must carry the entire doll to the cleaning area and perform cleaning routines that ultimately ruin the doll forever because cleaning stretches the shit out of a doll.

After ejaculating in an insert you remove the insert and wash it.

Go ahead. You choose.

Now, let me just add this: SOME of our brethren LOVE the insert-less doll because of its REALISM! I applaud you. Just as long as you can handle the consequences!

But, if you are a normal Joe enjoying the doll hobby your choices are: Wash out an entire doll or just wash out the insert. Case closed. Physics wins.

It'd be great to have one of each, eh?

Yeah I totally had one of each:) my first doll has a built-in style vag which i have yet to have a single issue with. My second doll came unexpectedly with a removable one. I tried every day for two weeks to figure the insert out with no luck.
First, the insert never went in all the way, even after cutting it to make shorter!
Second, trying to push a slippery soft rubber insert into a tight space for half hour while horny sucks!
Third, pulling the slippery bitch out, I was afraid the vacuum +hard pulling was going to rip her
Forth, turning a slippery insert inside out, to wash, is not the easiest thing in the world
Fifth, some places recommend lubing the outside of the insert so it goes in easier, so that means washing lube out of the hole the insert goes into plus the insert?
One person recommended using rubbing alcohol as a lube for the outside of the insert because it drys with little to no clean up. But other places say alcohol will hurt tpe?
The girl with the removable vag was sent back to its maker a virgin. They will be sending a new one soon:)
I'm sure some people have FANTASTIC luck with inserts but please believe me when I tell you that my two week experience with one was HORRIBLE.
But dude didn't you love the time desperately trying to put it in or pull it out and then washing her plus washing the insert too?
NO, I did not love it:\

The only suggestion I've seen that is similar to this stated to use gel type hand sanitizer as a libricant to install an insert in a silicone doll. I don't know whether that would make for a safe method on a TPE doll.
笑. It's good for you.

Isoproponal was recommended to me. Maybe it's not rubbing alcohol as I said it was but it doesn't seem far off after googling it. That recommendation was made on my thread titled "feeling worried about order"
I'm not sure it would be fine with tpe either so I wouldn't try it

War is over? nah.. in your head only... :) I bought my doll with a insert.. Worst choice.. First i have a few mold spot between the insert and cavity now.. And the visual is a turn off for me. It dont look "natural".. I tried to choose the most realistic doll. But the insert kinda break the effect..I never will again buy a doll with an insert. More, i had so much trouble to put the insert back so many times i dont even put it back sometimes and play in other ways. I Use condom each time now so no more cleaning (well, still some because of the lube...). So war is only over depends of what you are looking for..

There is one specific piece of information missing from this thread. On these dolls, I have read that a trimmed fleshlight works nicely. One can simply cut to fit, tie off the end and push it in. Fleshlights are extremely flimsy but all one needs to do is, after tying off the end, is insert the handle of a cooking spoon into the fleshlight and, then, work it into the doll. Also, because stretching causes the fleshlight to thin on account of material displacement, stretching the fleshlight with an inserted dowel or cooking spoon handle should make inserting it easier.

I'm going out on a limb. Reading that some have had trouble with mold growth in the insert cavity, one could use talc instead of cornstarch in the insert cavity. Cornstarch is starch, and starch is mold food. For the rest of the doll, I would recommend corn starch, because talc can be harmful if inhaled.

There! I said it. I know fleshlights products are not the OEM inserts, but, gosh, they're a great alternative.

This would be AWESOME with a meiki or magic eyes/ similar japanese made masturbator. They are seriously so much better than fleshlights and many have closed off ends which would be great for using in a doll where you don't want a mess.

Yes! Inserts don't have to be OEM. Take your pick and make a size.
