So my girlfriend took one look at this doll and told me it was a lost cause. Ripped from her vagina straight through to the small of her back. She was a real mess. But, the day I give up on a doll is the day I die. I was determined to fix this doll.
The previous owner of the doll told me that she had a slight vaginal tear which he never repaired. What happens...when you leave a silicone tear for long enough it gets BIGGER...ala what you see below. The toughest problem with fixing this doll was that she was sitting for a bit and her behind LEARNED that position. Also. that I had to locate her vagina and anus, repair them, and keep them intact without sealing them shut. However, I found it was nothing some doll adhesive, Therabands, and Acetone cans, yes CANS (you'll see), could fix!!!
Punchline....She is good as new. I was even able to repair her Anus and Vagina COMPLETELY. And no I'm not fingering the doll in the last picture. My fingers are there to show you that her two beautiful holes are intact and ready to be used.
As Hatottori Hanzo said in Kill Bill:
" I can say with no ego this is my finest work (THUS FAR )

Hi Achilles
Its doll rear instead of rear doll isn't it...
Nevertheless, must have been a big repair job seeing that pictures!
I only would use the 2 part silicone stuff and not the glue for those biggy's..., if I had to do one..., cause I experienced its certainly 3 times stronger than the glue.

I did a much similar but smaller repair that has been published in Coverdoll as an article about Midori. You can use a wooden dowel to realign the holes.
Make sure that you coat the dowel with vaseline or another type of mold release otherwise the silicone with partially bond to the dowel.
After the basic repair you can 'fine tune' the openings soft, smooth, tighter, looser etc.

Wow Achilles!!!
All I can say is, NICE WORK! Please keep these photo's available - some nice shots of the insides for the rest of us to reference when we too must repair our girls.
The toughest part of doll repair is overcoming the anxiety that we will make things worse, as these babes are works of art. Had I come across this on one of my dolls I would have instictively thought it was a lost cause and sold her for parts.
BTW... I can't help myself when I add "NICE CANS"

WOW!
A) Previous owner must have been hung like a Clydesdale
B) Your ability to restore and repair unbelievable - the initial pictures looked well beyond repair. I had no idea that degree of damage could be repaired. Apparently there is no such thing as a ruined doll any more. Have to put your phone number in speed dial in case of emergency.
Outstanding work!

Yep - He's the man. I've learned SO much -- this is the worst I've ever seen a doll. Hope we never see another like it.
BUT if we do -- we know WHO to call.
