Can you tell me the different between nina and ninaE head ?
Both of them look the same except the ear. So i really need the answer.

You basically just gave yourself the ans answer, as NinaE is kinda short for NinaElf and that head is based on the Nina head.
They do have subtle differences though, so you may want to choose the one you like more.

Between those two, I still prefer the 145 plus. I believe the bra size is a 26-28 D and panties can be either US size small or extra small.

The 145 plus breasts feel so soft and squishy, they are worth the extra weight .
