The anticipation is really starting to get to me! I took her measurements from the DS site and using some clothing size charts and past experiences with girlfriends I guesstimated on her size. Spent around $100 at thrift stores and have a pretty nice selection of clothes for her; four skirts, five dresses, five tops, a blazer and four pairs of shoes. Now I need to get some starter make up and perhaps a nice perfume.

Not too bad for the money I have spent so far. Sorry for the photo quality.....lighting in my room is horrid! Getting portrait lights is another to do item on my list of things to prepare before she gets here!

Thanks Von! The pic does not show the true beauty of that red dress. When I came across that on the rack I flipped out! My gal is Asian so it is perfect. Not to mention it was $7.99!

Just now reading this. She's gorgeous! I'm excited for you and hope she gets home to you soon! Waiting for them is the toughest part.

Great job on finding such super clothes at the thrift store. Most of my girls' outfits are from there and mine too. Can't beat the prices. There's one place -here in Tucson that has women's clothing 1/2 off each Wednesday and I've done very good for them that day!

That red dress caught my eye too, and what a bargain.

The wait is now shorter but I'm guessing that it's not getting any easier.

One thing I am sure of is that she will be amazing and will blow you away when you meet her

I think she's going to be a very well dressed lady indeed.

The yellow skin tone is lovely, Depending on the lighting she can look rosy thru a very pleasant yellow tone to a gentle tan. I love it on my girl.
