Just put my order in Friday for a 132 doll. It's been 2 days and still haven't heard back on the order but it says to wait 3 days? Maybe just a bit anxious to get the ball rolling. Anyway I will post the process as it affects me. I appreciate all the comments and information on this post as I have allways been very leary of sending several thousand dollars to China (or anywhere else for that matter) and hope it doesn't disappear! Thanks to you all posting here I feel good about this purchase. I would still like to know about shipping heads separate from the body since the doll is the 132 model and the faces do look young. Get the wrong customs officer and who knows? Anyway, I'll keep you posted and hope I might add some information that will answer others silent questions like I had.
Welcome DaiHe, it is normal to be concerned with a hunk of change that large, but DS dolls has a very good reputation and a beautiful product. Congratulations on you order, worse part is the wait. Several of forum members had the heads shipped separate from the body so it is not unusual.

Thanks Dollarhyde and Barbarous, appreciate the feedback. I was contacted Sunday evening and by this morning I had confirmed and made any final changes to my order and wired first payment. They have confirmed within a couple hours of having received initial payment and tell me they are starting on the order today. Very good communication with them. Now the waiting game )
