I've just checked and there doesn't seem to be any plate. If there is, it'd have to be a very flexible plate. However, the hands seem to be the same as my WM 155 D-Cup, so I don't know.

Another note: There is no longer any smell! The smell I mentioned above must have been like a "NEW car smell" which is all gone. But again, the doll is still in NEW Condition!

I've recently been applying various products to try to get the stain out. There has been some success (see pic below). So I would imagine anyone using a specialized kit for stain remover (ie. from Indigo), it would probably remove the stains completely. Again, I would be willing to lower the price by the cost of the kit for any buyer.

Or I can just list you the various ways I have been doing it myself and you can try those methods.
