I have the original box and all the packing material she came with. So if you do want her shipped, she will arrive the exact same way as I got her.

Doll was bought new and is 4 months old (arrived 2/15).
Damage:
The following nails have come off: 3 fingernails on her left hand, 2 toenails on left foot and 1 on her right foot.
Some of the finger wires on both hands have come loose, her pointer and thumb on her left hand and all but her pinkie on her right.
Some minor melting around the anus caused by a usb warming rod that slipped halfway out.
A small break in the skin next to her nose. It's only noticeable if you pull her nose to the opposite side.

No repairs have been made, but I will include everything needed to re-attach her nails.
No modifications.
She comes from a smoke/pet free home. She was kept on a Tempur-pedic mattress. I made sure to bathe her once a month, followed by a baby oil rubdown with Vaseline applied to high stress areas, followed by powdering with corn starch.
Any white splotches you see are because she was freshly bathed and powdered before the pics were taken.
