If the eyeballs are somewhat replaceable, you could try salvaging that head as well. I think the eyeballs themselves are the biggest reason for that look. They look very unrealistic and cheap. With more premium-looking eyeballs you could make it a bit more lifelike and mask that expression.

I agree here...the eye are what caught my attention the most. Maybe some new eyes with smaller irises?Longer lashes would be hot. However, I think she still looks great. Maybe if you try some different options out like eye, makeup, etc..U will come to a look you really like...and it will make her that much more special to you.

Take some of the batting out from behind the eyes they need to be into the head a little bit further.

However its going to take a long time before she forgives you for calling her a fish face.
