Slowest sex machine availabe ?

Are there any sex machines that have no vibration ( just stroke ) and the ability to increase / decrease stroke length / speed to a bare minimum ?

Im talking something that goes snail pace and strokes less than an inch .

The Shockspot machine would do just that. It can alter stroke length and slow down to a crawl.

so this thing sort of grabs you and strokes down or just grabs and releases like being squeezed ?

I like the idea as the stroking of any kind ( esp towards me ) is what seems to cause me the most physical problems , is it noisy ?
