I posted what happened in the wait time threads , she was drop big time by the looks of it , makes me so mad , she is such a work of art to have been treated like that , they should put very VERY fragile on the create .

Arleen,

You need to contact Abyss and send those photos to them as soon as possible! The dolls are insured for damage and replacement! By the looks of the eye bolt in the first photo, her neck post looks as if it turned and it is NOT supposed to do that!!! There could be something broke in her back where the post rises through the chest core and the neck post could pull right straight up out of her neck and tear her neck and head off of her upper body!!

The crate definitely had a hard drop on the right side to have that kind of damage and I saw her silicone skin damaged some too! The shipping company needs to be held accountable for what they did to your doll without delay!! Please contact Abyss right away, send Annette an email at sales@realdoll.com and send the photos too and let them get this taken care of!! It breaks my heart to see a beautiful doll like yours be damaged by a person that does not care how they handle fragile freight and they need to be held accountable and NOW! I know you waited a long time for your doll but, this issue MUST be addressed and Abyss will help you and make this right!

I agree wholeheartedly with Dodgeman. Abyss will make this right for you. They aren't know for the best customer service in the industry for nothing. I imagine as soon as you report this they will have another doll expedited out to you within a week. This is a travesty and a tragedy. I hope they find the thug who did this to your beautiful lady and hold him accountable.

Probably fell off of a fork lift and the weight shifted, resulting in the damage. I would be furious as well after dropping thousands and waiting so long. But I am sure Abyss will do the right thing by you.
