As Arthur mentioned, ALWAYS use 3 points of contact when allowing your doll to stand! So make sure that she is always supported by leaning against something. If I want to arch her back backwards, I hold one hand against her lower back and press against her collarbone above her boobs with the other.

For forwards, I put one hand on her belly and press between her shoulderblades.

The dolls joints will ease up after some time. Theyre stiff when you receive it brand new because they tightened the bolts before shipping her off unless you specified to be loose.

Loose bolts makes positioning easier, but can make it harder to stay in a desired position.
