Their video shows they use armored flex conduit for the knees. Probably the same for elbows and spine. Guessing from the pictures, it looks hard to add a vaginal insert.

Interesting work on the pelvis. I've been bumbling around with modifying an anatomical model. Would like to see how you make the ball-and-socket joint work. After failing at that (not through yet) and studying some drawings, I'm amazed at how the real thing works.
