Yes replacing / changing the eyes in the Face-x system is easy and much safer for the eye lashes then it was before the x-system. As stated by Inkling above when you are ready to do this just cut a 1 inch slit in the middle of the eye socket, horizontal with the eye brows, on the inside of the face....
