I certainly can’t talk bad about the newer generation, I am hardly in fit shape either….. The new generation just has different priorities and places different values on fashion. I do love it when they can rock a pair of heels,… but even that is getting rare these days. But my dolls are always happy...

Definitely contact the vendor with both pictures and video showing the damage is consistent and not a temporary dimple from pressure. Did the vendor provide any factory photos for your review prior to shipping? That would be your only indication of what was before shipping and after. Seems like a ba...
