If you find a vendor selling features that most vendors don't offer on a particular brand, don't buy from that vendor. Odds are it's a knock off. And probably won't come with those extra features. What features? If you meant something like shrugging shoulders, you wouldn't want to upgrade the doll. They'd have to cut her in half, replace the whole skeleton, then seal her back up.
