Silicone is about 10lbs/gal, so you can figure out the answer using the dolls weight minus skeleton weight divided by 10lbs/gal. I hope this will get you close to the true answer.

Hi equus, Por-A-Mold S-333 TA from Synair is a good rubber mold material. I use it with any tin based silicone. Just make sure that you mix this 1:1 by volume exact. hello equus, If it is'nt to late, use tin based silicone. This will work with your present mold. Burman industries can direct you to the right tin based silicone to use on your project. Platinum based silicone is very sensitive to sulfur and latex, just a miniscule amount will prevent is from curing...

Hello Mytime,
Thank you for your advice. The 1st-PC skeleton is a PVC and bunggi construction, similar to a puppet doll. Foam is formed over the skeleton, then silicon forms the outer skin.
