I use cornstarch on my silicone inserts. I have no babies so I don't need baby powder, I do cook, so I keep lots of cornstarch.

I do get a tad bit peturbed with the darker color silicone and tpe dolls, as it is hard as calculus to find a manufacturer of fabric dolls in the darker persuasian.
