Maybe his head could be papier mache over a styro foam male head. Wow, very lovely work!:D The layers of color add a lot of depth and really pulls you into them. Much better than the generic ones.

I was pricing fabric supplies to sew my own from pattern. 6 yards of broadcloth and 20 lbs of poly-fill is about the same price (not including all the time involved)
