There appears to be a lot of topics on damage to Eve and Eva. My Eva came with a broken neck, left shoulder and lower spine snapped in the same place. Looking at the postings, there appear to be a number of different carriers involved - mine was TNT - so I doubt if the fault lies with them, although...

My replacement is apparently on its way but they've given me a wrong tracking number so I'm still not sure when it will arrive!
Meanwhile, here are a few photos of the damage.....

It looks like there's some kind of meshing around the vagina before getting to the thicker silicone. Remember to use anti bacterial soap if any damage occurs whether using lube or not! The tears can hide all sorts of problems.
