I tried to send you an email and I received a bounce back from the server. It stated that your server is full and cannot accept any more incoming email. You need to either increase the quota or delete/archive some of your older email.

No update from ufoultra today, so I'm assuming his doll arrived and is having fun!

When my doll arrived in Kentucky, I spent all day refreshing the page without any change of status. She stayed in Kentucky for over a day. Still sounds like yours is on schedule but just note that you may not see any changes to status for about 24 hours. Hope you get away without paying any duty. :)

They will not release the shipment until you do. That's actually not true, unless you mean the delivery person won't hand it over until you pay when s/he arrives at your door.
