I have the original 167 and the inserts are a little too tight for me. I prefer my older 160+ with larger insert.

For those that had both, is the EVO 167 with non-removable insert looser than the original 167? That would be a lot better for me as the original 167 is just too small in diameter.

Im not buff or anything. I have 160+ and 167. The weight of the 167 is more but I cant tell the difference. You have to pick her up properly or else it will be harder to lift. I bend the knees and lift her up on the knee joint and her neck. It is relatively simple process now after doing it so much.

The 167 is modeled after a real person. To my understanding.
I got the 167 because it is more realistic height. I have the 160+ and the height is similar to the 158 and it's on the petite side.

For reference if you order a loose setup the neck and wrist will be still stiff.
