Careful trimming with round tip sissors is the best. I have had to do this to several dolls. You just have to get close to the seam but not all the way to it.

This would be a good doll exept for the leg position makes it allmost impossable to penetrate. The older version have the heal togather whtch gives more room.

I just got one and the mouth is not useable. This is not the doll pictured on the net it is very different. I will see if i can get pics later.
